The Royal Sovereign NR-901 9” Business Laminator has a high quality 4-roller, heat-plate lamination system that ensures even heat and pressure distribution to consistently deliver wrinkle and bubble free results. The NR-901 is able to withstand frequent use, making it ideal for a busy office, home office, or copy room setting. It can laminate either heat-activated (hot) or self-adhesive (cold) pouch film 3 – 10 mil thick. Roller temperature is controlled with a single convenient, preset button according to thickness of film being laminated. The 9” entry width is great for laminating paper documents, photos, artwork, recipes and more. With a 3 minute warm up time, this laminator is ideal for business or home office use.

Exactly what I needed!

I'm doing a project involving lots of business cards that need to be laminated in 7 ml pockets. I started with a $30 Scotch laminator which did okay with the white cards, but as soon as I got to dark ones, they looked terrible. I dropped down to 5 ml pockets, but still had to put them thru multiple times, often with poor results.I started researching better, more powerful laminators but was discouraged by the $200-400+ price tags.The Royal Sovereign Business Document Laminator does exactly what I need for a very reasonable price. All business cards are perfectly laminated on their first pass, even those with very dark backgrounds. And I've been able to "fix" many of the poorly-laminated cards that I thought I'd ruined on my previous machine.I've only had it for 3 days, so I don't know how long it'll last. But right out of the box, it's performance exceeds my hopes!

I need to be restrained from laminating EVERYTHING

I wanted a laminator that was explicitly rated to handle 10mil laminates without paying out the nose for it, and this model fit the bill.Definitely a great little machine. It's quiet, heats up fast, and rolls the being-laminated stuff right through at a decent speed.The temperature selection is simple and single-button (can't screw that up).Very happy with this. Running out of things to laminate quickly, though...

Document Laminator for Home office

Excellent outcome. Never owned before. Used to run to local Kinko or Office Depot before.Now I can do it at home. Simple and ease of use is amazing. Never owned any other brand before.
