TheProfessor hasbeen engineered toprovide years ofservicewith minimal maintenance. It laminates film upto 10 milsthick and mounts materials upto 3/16"thick. Its unique self-threading feature reducesthe anxiety often associated with threading a laminator. The hotroll design permits
simultaneous mounting and laminating using mounting boards with attached over laminates.



Variable speed up to 10 feet per minute with thin films; thicker films apply better at lower speeds.



LCD temperature display indicator light automatically turns off when desired temperature is reached.



Simple controls icons and international symbols guide and alert operators to control and warnings.



Easy threading automatically threads bottom idler after the operator has threaded the upper and lower film webs and closed the feed tray into its operating position.



Forced air cooling allows laminating with thicker films. Without a film cooling system, thicker films would warp and ripple because they are still in the
process of setting up when they exit the laminator.



Pre-set, spring loaded rubber rollers assure correct and even laminating pressure.



Supply roll tension controls allows easy adjustment by simply loosening or tightening control knobs on supply roll mandrels.



Reverse switch helps avoid problems and clear misfeeds.



Attached safety shield fixed to the machine and placed so the operator will put it in the guard position before laminating. The clear shield allows users to see their work with the safety shield in its proper protective position.
