The EasyIDeaTM MiniLamTM series is the best line of ID Card Laminator currently available on the market.
Once your design is printed on your preferred selection of synthetic paper (Teslin or Artisyn), place your design in a 7mil or 10mil butterfly pouch and run the card through the ML450. The card will be laminated in just a few seconds!
The ML450 laminates cards/badges up to 33mil thick and 4.5" wide.
With its 2 hours of continuous usage, the ML450 is the ideal laminator for any ID size such as Credit Card (CR-80), Data Collection (CR-90), Military or Government (CR-100) and Convention/Luggage Tag Size (2-1/2" x 4-1/4").
For the best ID card/badge quality, the EasyIDeaTM MiniLamTM series is best used with synthetic paper such as Teslin or Artisyn. When the synthetic paper is used with a 10mil butterfly pouch the EasyIDeaTM MiniLamTM series will laminate an ID card/badge nearly identical as one that can be printed on a standard PVC card printer.
The ML450 is very easy to use as it has been specifically design for laminating ID Cards/Badges. Its temperature is pre-set to the optimal ID card laminating temperature so no time is wasted trying to adjust the laminator setting.
The EasyIDeaTM MiniLamTM series will save you and your organization thousands on ID card software and printers!
And what's more? Secure holographic overlays can be placed on the card (after the lamination process) to add an additional layer of security to your ID card/badge.

Great Value Laminator
By Tim C Sr
Nice ligt-duty product and worth the money. For heavier weight sleeves I have to run them through a few times but this is the real deal for the casual user.

Light Use Only
By Dean Edwards
This laminator is attractively priced at $52.99. While it is more than adequate to laminate 100 or fewer ID Cards, for quantities greater than that spend the extra money and buy the Pro-Lam 100 4" Laminator by Akiles. It can be found for less than $190. If I were reviewing the Akiles I would give it 5 stars without a doubt. The easyIDea ML450 I purchased was used exclusively for laminating Customer Rewards Cards (credit card size). I used Artisyn synthetic paper (10 mil) sandwiched by a 10 mil matte/matte butterfly pouch. I successfully laminated almost 500 cards before purchasing the Akiles Pro-Lam 100 4" Laminator. But wait, you said 100 or fewer cards above you're thinking. You are correct. Although all the cards required a minimum of two passes through the ML450 Laminator to successfully bond the three layers, the first 100 or so cards were otherwise trouble-free. After that I began getting blemishes, blisters and cards that wouldn't bond no matter how many times I passed them through the laminator. I averaged about a 10% failure rate over the last 350 or so cards. Artisyn paper ain't cheap!! Neither are the pouches!! Every reject costs, and it adds up.So for light duty I give it 4 stars since it gets the job done and has a great price. However for medium or heavy duty it only receives 2 stars because this laminator just doesn't cut the mustard. Average: 3 stars. For anything more than 100 cards I'd spend the extra $135 and get the Akiles.

Works well for the price you can't beat it!
By Alan Toaca
For the price you can't beat it! Sure it only makes one at a time but it does it super fast. Well worth the money I'd recommend it to anyone who needs a laminator
